Call Center Responsabilities and Duties

  • Exeptional customer service.

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

  • Take customer calls and schedule their appointments .

  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.

  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new services, products and policies.

  • Guide callers using the products or services.

  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, and other account items.

  • Takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. 

  • Handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their questions.

  • Learn How to use Google Maps with multiple stops for the fastest route.
